All are welcome in this place! When we gather for worship, we embrace the sounds, sights, and movements of children and their caregivers, remembering that Christ came to us as a child. We welcome people of all abilities, ages, and backgrounds, remembering that God welcomes us just as we are. Led by our youth group, we are working to make our worship time and space more accessible for all.
Ramps & Elevator
We have ramps to enter the building in two places:
- By the big red Sanctuary Doors on Watts Street
- By the double glass doors that face the Urban Avenue parking lot.
Our elevator is next to those double glass doors.
Accessibility in the Sanctuary
For those who use wheelchairs or walkers, we have accessible seating space along the center aisle in the front, middle, and back of our sanctuary.
Restrooms
We have single-person/gender neutral restrooms on every floor of the church; these are big enough to accommodate a helper if necessary. In addition, we have traditional multi-user restrooms for male and female genders on the ground floor and sanctuary floor, and an extra male restroom on the top floor.
Hearing Assistance
The church has installed an assistive listening system in the sanctuary. Receivers can be checked out in the foyer before the Sunday service with help from the greeters. Please allow enough time prior to the service to receive a brief orientation on how the system works.
Visual Assistance
Large print copies of our worship bulletin are available at the entrances to the sanctuary.
Sensory-Friendly Space/Nursing Room
Room 104-B has comfortable furniture, nice windows, and soft lighting. There is also a large-screen TV if you would like to watch the service on livestream at low volume or with closed-captions. Children need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Additional Needs?
Greeters at the Watts Street entrance to the sanctuary are there to welcome you, answer questions, and assist you with directions. If you have additional accessibility needs, please let us know!

- An updated keypad for the office door entrance
- Push button automated doors for the two hallway restrooms on the ground floor and the handicap accessible/gender neutral restroom on the first floor
