Fridays, January 24, January 31, and February 7 from 11:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. in the fellowship hall. Led by Sheri Branson, this demonstration class will provide participants with healthy, simple-to-prepare recipes that target areas of malnourishment. Once the meal is prepared, we’ll share the meal together with some socializing as well as a weekly lesson on nutrition for older adults, including question and answer periods. Participants receive a cookbook which includes recipes and instructions, as well as notes on nutrition education. Cost is $8 per person, per session. To sign up, contact Kelly Sasser by January 20.
