Over the last 100 years, our church facilities have been a blessing both to our faith community and the larger Durham community. We have grown to understand our facilities as a critical part of our ministry. Over the last few years, the committees and groups responsible for our building have identified the most pressing facility needs and envisioned what an expanded facility might look like. We know for sure that we want to continue to offer this space as a witness to God’s beloved community and that we want to do so for generations yet to come.
This informational brochure shares more details. The projects listed in this brochure, including a proposed building expansion for a new Community Hall, serve as a starting point for further discussion and input from the congregation.
Your input is needed! Attend an informational session to hear more, share your input, and ask your questions. Join us on Sunday, October 1 at church after worship, for lunch followed by discussion. Or you may attend a second session at church on Tuesday, October 3, at 6:30pm.
Please return the survey found at the end of the informational brochure. You can drop off the survey in the church entrance, mail it to the church office, or quickly respond to this online version of the survey. We need your survey response by October 15.
Thank you for your input and prayers!
