Advance Planning for Health Care

Have you been considering what your loved ones need to know about your health care wishes if you’re not able to communicate? Do you wonder how you can be faithful to yourself, your loved ones, and your God in these decisions? Would you like to take steps now to make it easier for those who love you? Here is your opportunity to address some of these difficult but important issues for you and your family

members.

These workshops are meant to be freestanding and somewhat repetitive so that members may choose a convenient date and time. You may attend an information session and return for a subsequent workshop once you’ve reviewed materials and talked with loved ones.

Advance Planning for Health Care workshops are for adults of all ages, and are coordinated by WS members Mitch Heflin, MD, and Del Stickel, MD.
